By accessing or using EzTravel CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EzTechify. Please read them carefully.
Service Description
EzTravel CRM provides a comprehensive travel agency management platform including:
Flight Booking
GDS integration, real-time pricing, automated ticketing
Hotel Engine
Rate comparison, room blocks, instant confirmation
Holiday Packages
Dynamic packaging with automated margins
Visa Processing
Document tracking, status updates, automation
Account Terms
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information
- One Account: Each user should have only one account unless explicitly authorized
- Notification: You must notify us immediately of any security breach
Fees and Payments
Subscription Plans
- Ready-Made Plan: $200/month - Basic CRM features
- Mid-Size Plan: $600/month - Real-time pricing + API access
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing - Full GDS integration
Payment Terms
- All fees are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EzTechify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- You retain ownership of your business data
- We may use anonymized data to improve services
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Request by law enforcement
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request data export within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzTechify shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party claims against you
Total Liability Limit: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.
